Gather & Grove provides thoughtful, personalized psychiatric care for adults ages 18 and older throughout Ohio through convenient virtual appointments.
Specializing in psychiatric evaluation and medication management, we support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, sleep-related concerns, and other mental health challenges.

Symptoms can tell us a lot, but understanding how they fit into your life matters too.
Your health, experiences, relationships, and the demands of everyday life all provide important context. Looking at the bigger picture helps me understand what may be contributing to how you’re feeling and what might help.
My Approach
My approach is grounded in clinical evidence, but it also has to make sense for the person in front of me. People are complicated. Life is complicated. Good care should leave room for both.
Working Together
My role is to bring clinical knowledge and experience while taking the time to understand your perspective. We’ll talk about what has or hasn’t worked before, what matters to you, and what you would like to see change.
I believe good care is collaborative. Your experiences, questions, and goals are an important part of the decisions we make together.
Informed & Individualized Care
I want you to feel informed and involved in your care.
If I make a diagnosis, I want to explain how I arrived at it and what it means. If I recommend a medication, I want you to know why. We’ll talk about what it may help with, potential side effects, alternatives when appropriate, and what you can realistically expect. Questions are always welcome.

I founded Gather & Grove to provide psychiatric care that feels thoughtful and personal, with the time to listen, ask questions, and get to know you.
I know it isn’t always easy to explain what you’re experiencing. Sometimes you know something feels off long before you know how to put it into words. You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out.
That’s part of my job: to help you sort through what’s going on and determine where we go from there.
I take my role as your provider seriously, but I don’t think that requires our conversations to feel stiff or formal. I believe the best conversations happen when we can both be ourselves.
There is room here for questions, honesty, humor, and hard conversations.
Understanding Our Scope of Care
Gather & Grove is an outpatient telehealth practice providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management through scheduled appointments. Our services are intended for ongoing psychiatric care and are not designed to provide crisis intervention or emergency mental health services.
We are not available 24/7 and cannot provide immediate assistance, emergency evaluations, or continuous monitoring between appointments.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, having thoughts of harming yourself or others, or feel unable to keep yourself or someone else safe, please seek immediate support.
