Gather & Grove is currently accepting Cigna, GTEB, Amerihealth Administrators and self-pay patients.
We are actively working toward accepting additional major insurance plans and will update this page as new plans become available.
In the meantime, we are pleased to offer affordable self-pay options to help make psychiatric care more accessible while insurance credentialing is underway.

Insurance coverage and benefits vary by plan. Acceptance of an insurance provider does not guarantee coverage for services, and out-of-pocket costs may vary depending on your individual benefits.
Self-Pay Service Rates
While additional insurance plans are pending, we're pleased to offer reduced self-pay rates to help make quality psychiatric care more accessible.
Initial Evaluation
$100
A comprehensive 60-minute diagnostic session to discuss your history, goals, and develop a personalized treatment plan.
Follow-up Session
$80
A 30-minute medication management appointment to monitor progress, adjust dosages, and ensure optimal wellness.
No-Show
$75
Appointments missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $75 fee.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation and no-show fees are not billed to insurance and, when permitted, are the patient's responsibility.
